Working with natural elements, I pull on experience as a portrait and advertising photographer to explore issues of impermanence, perfection, and gender expression. Color, light, and texture are tools applied to simple items like water, flowers, bones, and shells - transforming them into a new iteration of themselves and exploring how beauty, sensuality, and sexuality are expressed in nature and in culture and the ways that our nature can change with context and through different stages of lifecycle.
